海辺の敷地に３世帯が居住するシェアリング型の集合住宅の設計を行った。
目の前はビーチに面しているために、絶景が楽しめるがプライバシーの確保が課題である。そこで、チューブ型のボリュームを閉じた箱に挿入した建築とすることで、特にプライバシーの必要な浴室や、寝室などは閉じた空間にして、リビングはチューブ型のボリュームに配置することで絶景を楽しめるようにした。
また、いわゆる世帯間が完全に仕切られた長屋ではなく、各世帯の居住スペースが入り組んだようになっており、共用部や屋上庭園にアクセスできるようになり、交流を生み出す効果が出ている。
This is a share-type apartment house for three families on a seaside site.
Since it faces the beach, people can enjoy a dramatic view, but ensuring privacy is an essential issue. Therefore, by inserting the tube-shaped volume into a closed box, the bathroom and bedroom which require privacy are located in the closed space, while the living room is placed in the tube-shaped volume to enjoy the superb view.
In addition, in order to create interaction between families, the houses are not completely separated from each other like "townhouses", but each living space is intertwined, allowing access to common areas and roof top gardens.
